In Newcastle’s Wickham, just over two hour’s drive from Sydney, Flotilla is a neighbourhood restaurant and bar which prides itself on delivering quality Australian produce. With an open kitchen and just under 50 seats, the space is intimate and special. The mostly Australian wine list features a prominent selection of natural drops and while the menu can’t be defined by cuisine, the best dishes come via the charcoal oven.
