About the restaurant
Presented with two prestigious accolades at the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2014, Peppers Convent in the Hunter Valley is an indulgent escape. Restaurant Eighty Eight is set within the grounds of the restored convent and overlooks the property's wisteria garden. Hotel guests and visitors can experience a relaxed a meal of Modern Australian comfort food. All produce is ethically sourced and much of it is grown in the grounds.
