Ferment is an elegant wine centre where you can sample some of the Orange region's best wines with a tapas plate or two. With numerous wine flights and matching cheese plates, you can try a fair few before taking a bottle home. If it's a nice day, hire one of their bikes and they can provide you with a hamper for a lovely ride and picnic in pretty Orange.
