One of Orange’s leading wineries, Ross Hill, is home to Barrel and Larder, an interactive cooking and wine school. Classes cater for up to 12 , guests will also learn wine and food matching or get tips on how to source the best regional produce by one of Orange’s revered local chefs or producers.Tasting plates are available at the cellar door daily and on Saturdays when a cooking class is not held you can enjoy a 2 or 3 course lunch in The Pantry, which holds up to 12 people. Orange is a 3 ½ hour drive from Sydney. Bookings for cooking school, lunch in The Pantry and cellar door tastings are essential.
