Suq Restaurant at Wamberal on the Central Coast evokes the true flavour and atmosphere of a Moroccan market-place where family and friends can enjoy the art of sharing delicious tapas plates. The menucomprises flavours from North Africa, Asia, the Mediterranean and the Middle East with everything produced in-house and sourced locally including the seafood that is caught and fished locally. Chef Michael Guirguis began his professional career in the south of France where he learnt the fine art of French cuisine is renowned for his innovative and creative cuisine.
