FOOD & BEVERAGE
Nineteen23 provides diners with a regularly changing seasonal menu utilizing fresh, high-quality produce from across the Blue Mountains and NSW Central Tablelands. Chef Sharon McGoogan brings his honest approach to cooking to the table, delivering wholesome modern Australian cuisine. The menu is divided into three categories: savoury, sweet and cheese, with most platters designed to be shared. Dine on the likes of ocean trout tartare with horseradish, and sourdough toast or market fish with lentils, salsa verde, and pangrattato for something savoury, and a chocolate, nut, and raisin truffle for that sweet treat. Select Australian and European cheeses are on offer to accompany the meal, and remember to come prepared with your favourite drop.
