Cinnabar Restaurant is owned by well known local chefs Corinne Evatt and Mary-Jane Craig who established the 4 times hatted restaurant Ashcrofts in Blackheath. This mountaintop village is now home again to their eclectic, sophisticated yet casual cuisine where dishes are designed to share with friends and family.
