Overlooking the ocean, Baia Di Vino is a Mediterranean restaurant, bar and wine store in the bayside suburb of Sandringham. Perch at a seat at the marble counter or snag one behind the windows overlooking the bay, there’s no bad seats at Baia Di Vino, nor is there a bad dish on the modern European menu. The wood fire oven plays a star role, and ensures the daily fish is a particularly good choice. Baia Di Vino is the second venue from the team behind Malvern East’s, Riserva.
