Restaurateur and publican Fraser Short has added another property to his hospitality empire with the acquisition of The Balcony Bar and Restaurant. The iconic Byron Bay venue will retain its historic al fresco dining space but gain a few improvements such as the introduction of a rejuvinated menu devised by former Astral chef Sean Connolly. Of course, the sea breeze and views over the streets of Byron are perfect already.
