Hospitality Group "Applejack"( The Butler, Della Hyde, Endeavour Tap Rooms has opened its newest venture in Sydney's CBD. Bopp & Tone’s interior use of marble along with moody timber furnishings and it's charming alfresco dining terrace make it a perfect venue. The mainly Australian menu features share plates using Australian produce with Mediterranean influences, further flavours further enhanced by the use of an in-house wood grill and charcoal oven. The wine list is thoughtfully chosen along with a creative list of cocktails.
