Byron Bay offers an array of Italian restaurants but Cicchetti is one of the best. The dining room is uber cool; all European slimline furniture and industrial chic fixtures. And though the menu offers fine dishes that present innovative twists on Italian staples, Ciccetti doesn't have the stuffiness that comes with fine dining. Bring a group of friends for an excellent value banquet menu or just order "cicchetti" (Venetian-style tapas dishes) at the bar with a glass of wine.
