The Billy Goat Hill Brasserie is a health-driven café, located in the Dandenong Ranges. From the organic and free-range produce and fair trade coffee to the recycled toilet paper, the Billy Goat Hill Brasserie is dedicated to promoted a healthy way of life. "Clean" food doesn't mean it isn't tasty though. The Billy Goat is renowned for its breakfasts – where diners can "choose their own adventure" with a morning three-course degustation. Dinner and lunch is a more serious affair, plus there's a good range of wines, available by the glass, from the surrounding vineyards.
