About the restaurant
Hobart's Brooke Street Pier is both a building and a boat, the four-storey pontoon rising and falling with the tides. Aloft is the buoyant restaurant that occupies the fourth floor; focused on showcasing the picturesque Derwent River as well as the quality of Tasmanian produce. The Modern Australian menu utilises seasonal herbs and vegetables, locally caught and harvested seafood, and small-farm free-range meat and dairy.
