Set within the intimate surrounds of The Cowrie Cellar, this immersive culinary journey pairs a thoughtfully curated five course menu with premium wines selected by the venue’s Head Sommelier. Throughout the evening, guests are invited to discover the stories behind each dish and wine pairing, with insights from both the chefs and sommelier on the ingredients, producers and inspiration behind the menu.
