O Bar and Dining boasts a vast circular layout, offering spectacular 360-degree views of Sydney. Seasonality and ripeness drive the creativity of the food whilst a concise and frequently changing wine list features some of Australia's best drops. Pasture-fed dry-aged beef, rare breed pork and lamb, creel-caught crustaceans and Ike-Jime spiked fish are all supported by the day's market greens and vegetables. 

O Bar is the humming central bar on the upper level that boasts jaw-dropping views of the city and an innovative cocktail list of drinks based on fragrance and seasonality. On the revolving lower level, guests can recline in the deep, circular chairs and feel the vibe as the city slowly passes by 47 floors below.
