Whisky Dinner at Stella

This exclusive four-course dining experience at Stella’s Cocktail Lounge will be matched premium whisky from the Johnnie Walker Black Label Talisker and collections. Start the evening with canapes and a signature highball on arrival, before indulging in crafted menu that celebrates depth, fire and flavour. Guiding your journey is special guest, Diageo’s Reserve Brand Ambassador for Victoria & Tasmania, Tracy Gardner will host the evening. Tracey's international career and passion for premium spirits will bring storytelling to every pour. After dinner, adjourn to the rooftop to enjoy the company of like minded whisky enthusiasts and if you like, a cigar under the winter sky.
