The Curated Plate is a new four day food festival held on the Sunshine Coast from 8-11 August, featuring the best chefs from Australia and around the world.

The festival celebrates the relationship between chef and producer held in various locations in the picturesque surrounds of a region famed for its vibrant produce. It encourages guests to indulge in the flavours foraged from organic and sustainable practices and enjoy once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences.

The Curated Plate has an exciting program filled with exclusive culinary events that will be held along the Sunshine Coast and its hinterland. Make plans for a culinary holiday and experience the Sunshine Coast's acclaimed produce, the producers and the flavours created from organic and sustainable practices.

*Seasonal Stars - 5.30pm. Thursday 8 August $350 pp at Mooloolaba Beach pop-up restaurant.
Prepare for a dining experience not to be missed, with one of the finest international chefs, Raymond Blanc (Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons) and two Australian-based prodigies, Alejandro Cancino (Lola's Pantry) & Troy Rhoades-Brown (Muse).
*A Hinterland Harvest 12.30pm Friday 9 August at Weddings at Tiffanys' in the hinterlad town of Maleny. A spectacular four-course lunch prepared by international chef Raymond Blanc
* Wild Forage Dining. 5.30pm. Friday 09 August $350pp Mooloolaba Beach pop up restaurant. Japan's Zaiyu Hasegawa, whose restaurant Den was voted Best Restaurant in Japan (Asia 50 Best Restaurants 2018), Chase Kojima of Sydney's premium Japanese-inspired hatted restaurant Sokyo & the Gold Coast's Kiyomi, and Matt Stone, joint executive chef of Yarra Valley's hatted Oakridge Estate restaurant, as they prepare an incredible four-course dinner using the best locally sourced ingredients.
* A Regional Evolution Saturday 10 August 5.30pm. $350 pp. The legendary Clayton Wells, of two-hatted Automata, and Sunshine Coast local Nick Blake, owner of Wild Forage Australia, will join their neighbour from across the ditch Monique Fiso, owner and head chef of Wellington's Mo Hiakai, for this forage-focused dining experience.
