Indulge in the flavours of Spring at INDU's next Vegan Night. The all-new menu is inspired by the freshest Australian produce and those signature spices and flavours of the subcontinent.
Dishes could include Crispy Rice Papadum with salted sesame brittle, Pani Puri with coconut chutney, Lamprais, Green Bean Mallung, Paruppu Moong Dal and Chai Tres Leches Cake.
