Wednesday 22 October - 3 courses with wine $150pp. Join Simonetta Bizzu (who has worked with Stanley Tuci), Mario Pinna (Pastificio Pinna, Ozieri) and Caterina Pina (Master confectioner) with Giovanni Pilu for a night of fine food and conversation. Features artisan pasta and breadmaking demos.
Sunday 2 November - 4 courses with wine $160pp. Pilu is hosting Daniella Pinna, winemaker from one of Sardinia's most respected wineries, Tenute Olbios, the only vineyard in the world producing Vermentino Di Gallura DOCG.
