Prophet's Rock Wine Dinner at ARIA Restaurant
This exclusive dinner, held in Arias Wharf room, will showcase Prophet's Rick wines of the Central Otago wine region on the South Island of New Zealand. Hosted by Prophet's Rock winemaker Paul Pojol, this event features wines and menu to match. Dishes and matching wines include:
Duck liver parfait finished with brown butter brioche, mustard leaf & truffle paired with 2022 Prophet’s Rock Pinot Gris;
Wild venison loin with Jerusalem artichoke, pioppino & boudin noir, paired with 2011 Prophet’s Rock Home Vineyard Pinot Noir.
