Prefecture 48 venues -  Five, Garaku, Ibushi, Whisky Thief and Dear Florence offer you the opportunity for a unique progressive dining experience. Over 3 hours you will experience the flavour and atmosphere of modern Japanese dining. Reservations open on the 12th of each month for the following month. As dishes reflect the seasons, prices may change accordingly.
