New Years Eve at Pearl Dining

Pearl chefs have created a New Years Eve menu representing flavour, joy and tradition. Dishes like fresh sashimi, dumplings, dry-aged double-roasted Peking duck, garlic butter baked lobster, and tender slow-cooked beef short ribs. 

Tables do not have a direct view of the fireworks, however guests are welcome to step out onto the unreserved terrace at midnight to enjoy the Harbour Bridge fireworks.
