NYE Main event. - $1950pp. Indulge in an incredible six course tasting menu created by Executive Chef Tom Gorringe with champagne on arrival and paired wines and champagne at midnight. Sittings from 7.30pm.

Cocktail party - $650pp. luxurious selection of canapés by Tom Gorringe and a three-hour beverage package with entertainment. From 8.30pm.
