Singapore Airlines and Melbourne Food & Wine have partnered to present A Modern Taste of Singapore at Aru. Start with a Singapore Sling, cap it with a kueh bingka ubi. Take a journey through the restaurants, hawker centres and the open-air eateries on the banks of the Singapore River.
