Over two unique events, Pavoni and the a’Mare team are presenting legendary Italian chefs who have made Italian dining in Sydney what is today, since the 1980s.  The next event on Sunday June 4, Lucio Galletto who will share the secrets and stories of his beloved Ligurian Riviera and the local seafood.. Commencing with a glass of Italian bubbles on arrival, indulge in very special curated 5-course feast with optional regional wines to match.
