The inaugural Horizontal Festival will be held at the stunning Centennial Vineyards in Bowral on the NSW October long weekend. Discover the richness of NSW regional produce, paired with world-class wine, craft beer and cocktails, mingled with an art, design, music. Masterclasses (additional $39) are available from acclaimed chef Mark Best, local chef Eilish Maloney, Masterchef finalist Mindy Woods and hatted South Coast chef Simon Evans. Choose between two daily sessions, a vibrant daytime experience 12pm-4pm or an enchanting evening atmosphere 5.30pm-9.30pm.

- The Sparkling Bar: A space featuring classical music, sparkling wines, oysters, and high tea delicacies.
- The Vineyard: An Italian-inspired zone with upbeat tunes, white wines, lobster skewers, antipasto, sushi
- The Rosé Room: Home to masterclasses including wine flights, blending workshops, and cellaring tips.
- The Barrel Room: Jazz-filled space with red wines, wood-fired foods, and restaurant activations.
- The Hops Garden: A craft beer lover’s haven with DJs, burgers, spirit creations, and food trucks.
- The Cheese Den: A sensory tasting experience spotlighting NSW’s finest cheeses.
- The Orchard: A lush garden setting offering cider, botanicals, vegan fare, kombucha, and R&B vibes.
- Sweet Pairings: A dessert paradise pairing sweet wines with cakes, puddings, and signature local chef creations.
