Four Hands Chef Collaboration at Olio

Join OLIO’s founding chef Lino Sauro and current Head Chef Pietro Epifani as they reunite for a special edition of Kensington Street’s signature Four Hands dining series. These two Italian chefs on one memorable evening — one proudly Sicilian, the other Italian-born will come together in a friendly culinary competition. They will each  each present their interpretation of Italian cuisine. The menu will feature bold flavours, creativity, bold creativity, and a shared passion of the past and present of Olio meet in the kitchen once more.
