Allister Ashmead from Elderton Wines, located in the Barossa Valley and owned by the Ashmead family will host this very special dinner at Patina Customs House. This dinner will showcase Elderton's flagship wine, the Command Shiraz which is a celebrated single vineyard wine from vines planted in 1894. The 4 course menu had been designed to match these beautiful wines.
