This very special dinner at Aru features the signature ingredient, duck, and the elegant finesse of Burgundy’s Pinot Noirs, over a multi-course menu, with flame & charcuterie, and hints of fire and smoke. Accompanying this is a curated pairing of alluring pinot noirs from the Aru cellar - voluptuous reds that echo the layers of the menu. This event is held in the private dining room, seating 12 guests only.
