Distillery Down Under at the Bennelong Bar, is a new monthly series where the finest boutique distilleries are showcased for the month. A tailor-made cocktail highlighting the star spirits of of a local distillery chosen by the experienced bar staff will be available, along with a selection of classic cocktails featuring the spirits.
To experience the series, simply walk in to the Bennelong Bar, no reservation required.
