About the event

Champagne will be pouring and the wood-fired oven will be crackling this Christmas, at Antara, with a menu touching on Christmas favourites.  A wood roasted lamb shoulder main, served with the Christmas classics . A 'prawn cocktail' of juicy Skull Island prawns with fermented chilli and a cocktail sauce. And an Ora King Salmon en croute with burnt honey and mango.

And of course it wouldn't be Christmas without the summer classics of cherries and pavlova, so a very special Antara dessert - a summer pavlova with Geraldton wax cream, sour cherries and passionfruit sorbet.
