Bass Phillip is Australia’s most acclaimed Pinot Noir producer, renowned for its meticulous low-intervention approach and wines that rival the best of Burgundy and located in Gippsland in 1979, the estate now continues under the guidance of Jean-Marie Fourrier, from Domain Fourrier one of Burgundy’s most respected estates.
