About the restaurant
The once nomadic Brodburger, an old red gypsy caravan pumping out flame grilled burgers to Canberrean locals, has taken up permanent residency at the historic Glassworks building. Although the location has changed, the burgers on offer are still as lovingly made and robust. The classic brodburger is a safe choice but if you're feeling particularly ravenous, the broddeluxe with two half pound beef patties is the perfect option.
