Vice is a steakhouse located in Canberra's Odgers Lane and is built around a single, unapologetic obsession: a Stone Axe Wagyu rib-eye on the bone, reverse-seared and chargrilled to medium-rare, priced by weight and served with a considered selection of sauces and sides. Starters like house-baked focaccia with a quail tallow candle, fire-warmed olives, potato galette with beef tenderloin tartare and toasted bone marrow with agrodolce set the tone before the main event arrives. A refined wine list and classic cocktail menu round out an experience that makes no apologies for what it is.
