About the restaurant
Chef Hao Chen, previously of Tokonoma in Sydney, has brought Modern Japanese dining to Canberra. This sleek Japanese bar and restaurant will feature a traditional robata grill which producing beautiful seafood, meat and vegetable dishes. Expect artisitic plates of sashimi, nigiri and maki rolls from the open plan kitchen. RAKU also offers function space, ideal for any type of event.
