Had slow cooked lamb shanks with jus, potato wedges and tazaki. Flavours were absolutely divine, just the right amount of food. However, I cant say that I've ever paid $35 for lamb shanks before, and they were luke warm when I got them and a bit dry on top which suggested to me they had been sitting around for a while. I am certainly happy to pay that amount with how delicious the meal was but I would have thought for that price it would have been hot and nice and juicy.

We went for breakfast today. We were not that impressed. The portion sizes were tiny and the eggs Benedict needs improvement. We were disappointed that there was not an alternative bread to sourdough, so overall the food was disappointing. Waitress took my drink before I was fully finished with it. Although the iced chocolate and affogato were nice but pricy ($8 for an iced chocolate). I havent been charged a Sunday surcharge before but perhaps we need to get out more. Will stick to other places we usually go that are better value for money and taste better.
