One of Canberra's classiest establishments, this restaurant is far more refined than its humble namesake. Courgette's plush dining room is softly illuminated with conical hanging lamps and candlelight and guests sit comfortably on luxurious cream velour chairs amidst blue carpeting and purple organza curtains. The European cuisine served here is carefully crafted and intense in flavour.
