Beer lovers who believe minimising the time from the tank to your glass improves the drinking experience are going to love Zierholz at The University of Canberra. The commercial microbrewery creates German-style beers with a Canberran twist. Pils, porters, ales and more are served alongside a simple pub-style menu of wood-fired pizzas, subs, salads and protein from the grill. Small bar snacks are available too.
