Barton Japanese restaurant LiloTang was established by the people behind The Chairman and Yip, Malamay and Lanterne Rooms. The hip eatery is located in the Burbury Hotel Apartments, and its minimalist dining room invites your eyes to focus on the kitchen, with its robata grill fired by Japanese oak. There's also a detailed list of sake, plum wine, shochu and Japanese beer. The combination sounds simple but meals here really are an art.
