Fans of the Bentley Restaurant and Bar, breathe a sigh of relief. Having moved to the CBD over Christmas in 2013 has done nothing to compromise the quality of the excellent food cooked by Brent Savage. He maintains his reputation of one of the more adventurous chefs in Sydney with ingredients like frozen foie gras and smoked celery on the new menu. To please the city crowd, there is also oyster blade steak on the char-grilled section served with radish and beetroot and of course, Nick Hildebrandt's excellent wine list.
