Favourite international restaurant at Vietnam Restaurant
Vietnam Restaurant in Pennington - Scott and I are both seriously addicted to this restaurant! Every dish is incredibly flavoursome and well balanced. Fresh coconut water, BBQ quail, pork and prawn cold rolls and rare beef salad are some of the highlights.
Best winery at Magill Estate Restaurant
It's hard to go past the vineyard Scott Huggins (Co Head Chef at Magill Estate Restaurant) and I are both fortunate to overlook from the restaurant at Magill Estate. 2014 marks 170 years of winemaking at Penfolds and their philosophy of sourcing the most superior fruit from each vintage is shared by ourselves and the team at the restaurant to ensure only the very best local produce makes it on to our menu.
Late night dining at Supper Inn
In China Town, Melbourne. Scott and I think that this one is an old-time favourite and we have many fond memories of finishing work late and going out with colleagues for some delicious snacks.
Special occasion at Hentley Farm
Scott and I both love Hentley Farm in the Barossa Valley. It's always nice to take overseas visitors through South Australia's wine region and finish up the day with a beautiful meal
