Restaurants:
Josef Chromy is just 10 minutes down the road from the Stillwater, and has the best range of cool climate Tasmanian wines. The Winemaker Jeremy is not only gifted but is honoured to be able to work with some of the best fruit in the country! Their Chardonnay picked up Best Wine at the Decanter Awards in London in November 2013 but my favourite drop in Tasmania is their Pinot Noir.
Blue Cafe Bar Restaurant at Inveresk in Launceston. Kip and Clare have the best and freshest locally focussed menu for breakie or lunch and are serious about their coffee. They offer fun and funky service and their corn fritters with avocado, coriander and house relish are a great start to the day.
Favourite international restaurant at Attica
Attica restaurant in the Melbourne suburb of Ripponlea, by far one of the best restaurants I have been to for innovative food and fantastic wine and beer pairings. I have been twice and would definitely return.
Where the Best Chefs Eat
