2013 The West Australian Good Food Guide - The West Australian Good Food Guide 2013
A classy urban diner housed in the impressive WA Trustee Building, The Trustee Bar and Bistro is all about making big impressions. The lofty art deco ceilings, herringbone parquetry and brass fittings are classy with the right measure of edgy. The inner city crowd will love the menu here; classic dishes that offer a respectful nod to cool Britannia. The wine list is epic, with over 500 titles to choose from.

Excellent food and great service from friendly staff. The food was inspired and not the run of the mill and was a pleasant surprise. Well done.
