Frederic Verschoore has taken up the position as Head Chef. Frederic was born and trained in Lyon, France. In the 1980s he worked in the One-Michelin-Star Le Fedora Lyon and Two-Michelin-Star Les Embassadeurs at the Hotel Crillon in Paris before landing the Chef De Partie position in 1993 at the 3-Michelin-Star Troigros Restaurant in Roanne.
