DETAILS
World Restaurant and Bar has both a vibrant energy and relaxing lounge atmosphere that attracts a diverse crowd of locals and international guests. Its modern design flourishes such as ornate iron gates, and unique lighting fixtures tie the space together whilst the mahogany shelving unit that wraps around the dining room works into the setting to create a worldly atmosphere. There is a melange of tall-topped tables with bench-styled seating and stools for a casual drink. The glass-panelled front wall overlooks the outdoor terrace, which leads onto the Southbank promenade.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
The extensive food and drinks menu is a worldly affair with contemporary Australian cuisine, European culinary delights and Asian flavours all gracing the menu. Work your way through a breakfast of poached eggs with basil hollandaise straight onto lunch, where pan-fried saganaki (sheeps milk cheese) from Greece makes its mark alongside Egyptian spiced falafels. For dinner opt for a vegetarian mezze plate to share with friends or a good old 400g rib-eye steak with garlic and rosemary baked field mushrooms. It's hard not to get lost in the fanfare, so be sure to order a glass of wine or bottled ale from the extensive beverage menu, to put your mind at ease.
