Expert chefs don their whites, complete with statuesque toques and double-breasted jackets, ready to man Kitchen Workshop's array of live food stations. Custom-built, solid marble counters are placed throughout the room, with specially placed recesses for crockery and cutlery located at the front and sides of each bench. At the salad bar, select fresh ingredients for a healthy lunch and have them tossed and dressed before your eyes; head over to the teppanyaki station for succulent, piping hot Japanese grills; then feast your eyes on the endless trays of desserts at the open pastry pit stop.
Enjoy seafood at Kitchen Workshop on weekends. Included in the buffet price for dinner on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday, each guest will receive 300g of prawns or a half dozen natural oysters.*
