The restaurant caters for hotel guests and local diners alike offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner seven days a week as well as High Tea from Monday to Saturday. It is a bright and airy space laden with light timber flooring and textural wall fittings. Thin marble patterned tables are strategically placed throughout the main dining room, encapsulated by effervescent cherry-red chairs. A textural wave ceiling piece is a striking installation and well-illuminated by sconce and down-lighting. There is a more subdued private dining room leading from the main restaurant that can seat up to 12 guests.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
The menu features regional produce that celebrates Tasmania's gourmet food suppliers and follows the rhythm of the seasons. An accompanying wine list boasts a bold selection of predominately Tasmanian wines and a handful of South Australian and Victorian drops. It pays homage to neighbouring wineries such as Josef Chromy, Bream Creek and Storm Bay. The restaurant also offers traditional high tea Monday to Friday.
