Felons Bistro is committed to serving some of Tasmania's finest produce and wherever possible it is sourced from local growers and producers; Woody and Bruny Island oysters, Wallaby from Westbury and Huon Valley mushrooms to name but a few. Start with a seafood plate of oysters, smoked mussels, pickled octopus and smoked salmon before a main of cajun blue eye on mash with lemon beurre blanc, or Tasmanian lamb rump with pan fried local mixed greens and macadamia. The extensive wine list includes fine local, Tasmanian and Australian wines.
The Cafe is open daily from 9am-6pm, followed by dinner at Felons.
