Fine dining returns to Adelaide with the reopening of Magill Estate Restaurant under the direction of executive chef Scott Huggins. It's hard to go past the vineyard Scott Huggins (Co Head Chef at Magill Estate Restaurant) and I are both fortunate to overlook from the restaurant at Magill Estate. 2014 marks 170 years of winemaking at Penfolds and their philosophy of sourcing the most superior fruit from each vintage is shared by ourselves and the team at the restaurant to ensure only the very best local produce makes it on to our menu.
