Udder Delights Cheese Factory is as an artisan cheese factory in the Adelaide Hills town of Lobethal. It is a family-run business that began as a small goat dairy farm, but has since expanded to incorporate a cheese cellar and cheese dedicated cooking school. The factory makes both goat and cow milk cheese that are of high quality and authentic flavour.

CHEESE CELLAR
On the main street of Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills, the Udder Delights Cheese Cellar opened in 2006 to showcase the company's hand-made range of goat and cow milk cheeses. It is an essential stop for any food and wine enthusiast or the perfect stop for someone who just wants to know a bit more about cheese. There are free cheese tasting available between 10am-4pm daily as well an interactive cheese and wine master class that must be pre-booked for between 10 and 30 participants. The cellar also features a range of cheese making supplies other local, Australian and imported cheeses and a quaint cafe for coffee and sweet treats.

CHEESE MAKING CLASSES
Founding Udder Delights Cheese Maker, Sheree Sullivan has been teaching home cheese making classes for the past four years. They make a great day or night out with friends as they are very hands-on. The cheese making classes are run in two different formats with two different price points.

Home Cheesemaking by Udder Delights - This class is run at a cost of $99 per head and is held at Loreto College, which is just east of Adelaide. Participants learn how to make Feta, turn the Feta into Camembert and learn how to turn the left over Whey into Ricotta. Up to 24 students can fit into the class which is held on Saturday mornings from 9:30am to 1pm.

Easy Cheesey Home Cheese Making Class - Run at a cost of $180 per head, this class is held in the Udder Delights Cheese Cellar in Hahndorf. You will be taught two different styles of cheese making, learning how to make Quark, Cream Cheese, Feta and Camembert. The class includes an extensive cheese tasting, coffee, light lunch and wine. Up to 14 students can fit into this class which is held on Saturdays from 10am to 2:30pm.
